Author Topic: VRay reflection  (Read 318 times)

Hi everyone!

When I export textures from Substance painter in 3d max I'm using vray preset. So I have diff, reflection, height, normal, ior and glossines maps. All maps look good except reflection. It is always pure white color when material is dielectric.
So I have a question is it fine?

Hi Alex,

This is correct. Dielectric materials do not have a tint for reflection. They need to be full white.
