Full access to Substance after 14 months of paiement

Hi,

I would like to pay for a perpetual licence after 14 months of subscription (Full suite access).

"If you cancel your subscription after more than 12 consecutive payments, you can purchase a perpetual license of the current build (no maintenance included) for $49."

Do I need to cancel my subscription and then to pay 49$? Do I will still be able to access to Substance Source ?

When you cancel your sub after 12 months, you will be asked if you want to convert it in perpetual licenses with the $49 fee.
You will still have access to Source if you have unused download points and to download materials you already purchased in the past, but you will not get new points.
