Ahhh ok.. thanks. I thought since I used a color, I would use RGB.. I got ya now. Thanks for responding Jeremie.

Yes, I would have to add it, and that is my question, how to add it.  I have tried adding an RGB and dragging the scatter map from the side, but doesn't work.. what settings would I use? Also, how would I use it in Arnold 5? I assume I would plug it into the Subsurface color. I get this error [MapExporter] The map 'SkinMAT_Scatter' can't be generated for the texture set 'SkinMAT'. Or If I select as Alpha I get a blank white image. And yes I am using the PBRSSS shader, and have added scattering to my texture set, and have a fill layer with scat only.

I am using the awesome new PBR SSS shader .. now how do I export the scatter map, I mean how do I set up the export in the configuration settings. I know it will not be grey scale. Also, can I even use it in the Arnold 5 ai standard shader? Plugging it into one of the Subsurface slots.

Thank you Allegorithmic, Nvidia, and Wacom for this super opportunity.

I have been blown away by many of the entries.. such amazing works of art.

I thought about this for a while and thought the car was a little futuristic in design, and that Allegorithmic is always looking toward the future of 3d Design, and what the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in nature, so my theme became Sunrise- Dawn.. a New Day. I did the gradient, then thought it needed a bit more and added the doodles. and some of the emissive aspects thinking about light. Then as a variation, I turned my doodles into emissive maps. I also have a turntable rendering in Maya Arnold, however, it has been rendering for 2 days and not quite halfway done yet (Yes I really Could use the video card). Of course, after looking at all the other amazing work other ideas have come to me if I were to redo. I had a lot of fun participating anyway. I do not consider myself a pro, since I have never held a job working in 3D. I am disabled and trying to teach myself this craft, but not in a school, so I entered under pro. I do not have much expectation of winning after seeing the other entries, instead, I just hope some find my entry pleasing to the eyes.

Thanks for the compliment and the response, yes, just tried the new version.. the same problem. I do not have any opacity or emission on that material either. Just noticed if I delete an unused layer on that material, the same problem happens. IDK what the problem is. Luckily I already exported that material from a version where she was not dressed.
